By completing this booking, the agent ("Agent") agrees to the following terms on behalf of themselves and their client.
1. Booking Confirmation All bookings are considered confirmed upon receipt of a completed booking form. Proper Frame Media reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.
2. Payment Payment terms will be outlined in the project quote. Full payment is due prior to delivery of any final files or assets. Cancellations will not incur a charge provided notice is given in accordance with Section 3.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made fewer than 48 hours before a scheduled shoot may result in a cancellation fee. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be submitted in writing.
4. Agent Responsibility The Agent warrants that they have authority to book on behalf of their client and that all information provided is accurate. The Agent is responsible for ensuring the client is present and ready at the agreed time and location.
5. Deliverables & Turnaround Photos will be delivered within 24 hours of the next business day following the shoot. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.
6. Usage Rights Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Proper Frame Media retains copyright of all media produced. A license for agreed commercial use is granted to the client upon receipt of full payment. Media may not be resold or sublicensed without prior written consent.
7. Proper Frame Media's Right to Portfolio Use Proper Frame Media reserves the right to use any media produced for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless the Agent requests otherwise in writing at the time of booking.
8. Liability Proper Frame Media's liability is limited to the value of the booking. We are not liable for indirect losses, delays caused by third parties, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Virginia.
